Order Processing:
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. During peak periods or sales events, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express U.S. Shipping: 1–3 business days
Free Standard Shipping is available on all Domestic orders over $250
and free International shipping on all orders over $350.
International Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and rates vary based on location. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
Shipping Carriers:
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, DHL UPS, and FedEx to ensure your hair arrives safely and on time.
Signature Requirements:
For added security, all high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. ElegantKiss Hair is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delays & Lost Packages:
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen events. If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We'll assist you in providing any documentation needed.
Delivered but Not Received:
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:
1. Double-check your address and mailbox.
2. Ask household members or neighbors.
3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
ElegantKiss Hair is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not offer refunds for items that show "delivered" status.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We’ll assist you in providing any documentation needed.
RETURN & Exchange Policy
At ElegantKiss, we proudly offer premium wigs and handmade skincare soap. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely in love with your order, we allow returns and exchanges under the terms below.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
For Wigs:
Must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Lace must remain uncut and intact
Must be in original packaging with all tags included
For Soaps:
Must be unused and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns on soaps that have been used.

Exchange for another item (customer pays difference if applicable)

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt
Non-Returnable Items
Wigs that have been worn, installed, cut, dyed, or altered in any way
Used skincare items (including soaps)
Final sale or clearance items
How to Start a Return
